Alcohol
Ingredient: 100SGF4 Alcohol
INCI Name: Alcohol Denat.
What it is: A naturally derived ethanol, typically sourced from sugarcane, corn, or wheat. “SGF4” indicates the alcohol has been denatured with a specific blend to make it undrinkable—this is done to prevent ingestion, not for any health concern.
Purpose in Soaps & Cosmetics: Used as a solvent and carrier for fragrances and essential oils. It helps disperse scent evenly and evaporates quickly without leaving residue.
Used in: Diffusers, room sprays, ironing aid, perfumes, and other home fragrance products.
Safety Note: Unlike some synthetic compounds, 100SGF4 alcohol does not interfere with the immune or endocrine system, making it a cleaner alternative for scent-based products
Apple Cider Vinegar
